Lighthouse was very easy to integrate into our office with the excellent customer support they offer. It is very user-friendly, our staff caught on very quickly. We love that it reduces missed appointments and lightens the work load of frent end staff.
At the time I used it it was really only a one way communication tool. So if a patient wanted to reschedule, I would have to call them. They couldn’t notify me when based on open appointments. That would have been a nice feature.
I enjoyed being able to import my own graphics and designs with minimal clicks. Being able to one click add things like social links, patient info, location info etc. The lay out was table based which made making it customized easy to do. Customer service...
Their lack of customer support - This is not just related to COVID. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help with issues. You can email or chat with a auto attendant which gets you nowhere. They make changes to their system and there is ZERO communication with...
