We use the software extensively with a dedicated Amazon team member. Daily we look at our current strategy and make adjustments with Helium 10's recommendations. We also attend a lot of their training to understand how to use it more effectively.
Support is the worst. The lag time and results are embarrassing. For a tech company, you would think they would get this aspect fixed. It's not uncommon to see the group's posts constantly reaching out for help with existing support cases only to have them...
This is a feature loaded system. I was on SellerLabs, and it could not do half the things Sellics does. No only that, but I can add consultants, assistants, and managers to the account with limited access.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service! Having used Sellics for many years, we took a small break and when we resubscribed to Sellics some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data...
