This tool is so versatile! The editor you can chose to jump into after each shot has many tools including things like a blurring out sections. I literally use this and the highlight/step numbering features of the editor every single day to help illustrate...
For now, I havent had any problems or crashes using it, only, that sometimes you have to click on the task bar for the print key to launch the program. I cant understand why, but its a minor problem, other than that works perfect.
I have used Snagit everyday since I discovered it a few years back because of its convenience and wide variety of features. I like that it has an option to be decked on your anywhere desktop and always be on in the background, allowing for quick and easy...
When I used in the past, it seemed like setting up the defaults (hotkeys, etc) was more work than it was worth - especially seeing that most computers have native screenshot capture features and at least a baseline image editor.
