The communication with Gorgias team is great. They've helped us setup many things we needed to make operations smoother. We came from Zendesk, who are the industry benchmark, and Gorgias didn't disappoint.
The number of update flags that are requested on an hourly/daily basis, stifling the flow a lot since it breaks the program I'm using (chrome) and makes the situation really lag.

It is not very user friendly, the layout is nice to look at but with the number of chats that we take a day it is not very well organized. It is also hard for our business accounts to even start a chat. Some functions should be automatic for example...
