I don't like that the software doesn't interact with other software including Quick Books. Collecting fees reeks havoc in our system and more work than what its worth. This program is better just for documents all in one location!
I really liked that software crm because it helped organize all students and faculty data into one centralized place vs before our CRM broke and didn't have the power like salesforce does.
I dislike that it is only free for the demo. It is quite pricey. It does help with costs- but is still more expensive than other software
