I don't like that the software doesn't interact with other software including Quick Books. Collecting fees reeks havoc in our system and more work than what its worth. This program is better just for documents all in one location!
This saves time for secretaries. They spend a lot of time entering new student registration information. Having the data entered by parents, reviewed by secretaries and then pushed right into PowerSchool will save them hours in the fall.
Support for implementation was spotty at best; took several hundred hours of work to properly setup; doesn't fully integrate with PowerSchool SIS customizations (anything made outside the built-in student extension table is ignored and must be manually...
