The interface in umbraco is very easy to use, the standard components are easy to use and the integration with .net is better than most other CMS systems. The amount of separation between the code and content is nice, especially with the helper libraries.

Not been very user friendly for ease of use as a CMS. taken a while to build out so other tools we use frequently like wordpress have been better.
