Having the capability to see user behavior and keep a check on anything that is affecting user experience. When something unexpected happens, we can see it right away instead of reproducing it.
Funnel could be improved a bit, we like the way funnel is created in clevertap a similar functionality would be great
What I like best in JIRA is that I can create my own Dashboard. I can make my own filters. I can classified the Priority levels of the tickets I am handling.
Reporting is terrible and also global search for seeing if that problem has existed before is almost impossible to find keyword matches
