I agree that it's a pretty good platform, but it's worth mentioning that extensions play a huge role, and they can help you with reporting and analysis. In software development, many people also use solutions like https://processmix.com/solutions/build-api/ to improve the efficiency of their apps, and I think it's pretty convenient.

Jira is an extremely convenient platform, but not without flaws in my opinion. In any case, if you do not use extensions that improve your jira experience in general. I recently installed the power bi jira 
 https://www.alphaservesp.com/products/atlassian/power-bi connector extension, for example. It allows you to export business data for analysis in the power bi and makes reporting more convenient.
