I've been using Descript for several years now, and I love how they keep adding new features to it. The purchase of Squadcast was Chef's Kiss, and now the addition of the new AI features helps me considerably with my podcast editing.
The user interface is so hard, it hung and after reloading I lost all my three hours of work :(
I do a lot of interviews. Instead of furiously typing up notes, I use a recorder on my phone. This way I can have a great conversation with my interviewee and know that I won't have to endure the pain of transcribing later. It is a lifesaver.
Their documentation says to contact support for certain issues, but when you do that, all you get is redirected to the help pages that were incorrect in the first place. And no one ever responds to the message. So they are still keeping the data that i...
