It does what it's made for - calling. Some additional features like notes and the customer's mood are helpful. We use it as an integration to Pipedive. It works stable and without disruption.

I guess they don't practice what they preach. For a solution designed for Customer Service teams, their CS team is completely useless. The product lacks any sort of help even while doing a sign-up and while I was going through the verification sign-up...
