Yes, this month and the next are dedicated to adding new features. We are coming up with a new contact profile section that allows you to access contact's CRM information in JustCall Android app. Once this is done, we will be focusing on our SMS section & SMS saved replies will be the first feature to roll out.
In the last few weeks, we're working on improving the overall performance of the app when it comes to call connection times and the overall call experience. We improved the API performance so that your call logs, messages section, and contacts section has filters that allow you to access information in a more lucid manner.
I haven't seen this but agree it would be much more useful for mobile users as it's much more difficult to write notes from scratch on a phone than it is on a computer. It's something that I suggest submitting to their team as a feature request.
