The UI and platform is very easy-to-use. When customizing flows, field names populate automatically from Salesforce and NetSuite. You don't have to manage obscure ID names which can be confusing for non-technical users.
There is not much to complain about. The connector works like a charm and is perfectly suited for our needs. The only is the timeframe was a bit drawn out due to some issues on our end. But overall an excellent experience.
