Tech support is sluggish. Constantly having issues with alerts and making changes seems to take ages.
Love how organized everything is and how easy it is to use although I use the classic crm all the time instead of the updated version I find the newer version harder to use. Love how everything is accessible from my cell phone and can see reminders.
The to-do section is finicky when it comes to updating. I can complete items on my to-do list, and they'll remain there. It gets cluttered and confusing.
