Firm360's client portal is the best I have ever worked with. The ability for clients to access their documents and send us documents with such a simple system is a huge benefit for us.
Documents like e-mails and pdfs are not viewable on clicking, they go to downloads and then need to be viewed. This is lot of steps compared to earlier software used. Also you cant drag pdfs from F360 directly into e-mails. They need to be on the local...
