The quality of the training is excellent, and it is easy to take a few minutes to watch a couple of videos since they are so short. Also, the account team is awesome, and they are willing to help you build out the environment and features if you need them to.
The duration of the courses is too long for modern learners and makes it difficult to encourage employees to fit the learning into their days.

The administration of the labs as a trainer is unfortunately a bit confusing and the website gives little information on how to become a partner. I would like to see easier access to information here.
