Secret Server is a great tool for saving, accessing and backing up passwords and user accounts. You can also set vendor or 3rd party limits for temporary access. The Delinea support is very good when it comes to configuration and feature use.
The tool cannot effectively manage multiple AD forests (2+ identity providers should be standard). Automatic rotation is questionable at best. They will sell an SMB a "package" that results in paid add-ons for any useful services. Professional services...
