Compared to Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, or Act-On, Hatchbuck is extremely limiting, especially when it comes to reporting and automation. It's missing a lot of the core features I've come to expect in CRM/MA tools, and it doesn't integrate with anything...

1. You can't trust Infusionsoft. 1a. The sales person gave me incorrect information: "You've got everything you need". to find out I ALSO needed to buy 'customerhub'. 1b. Finally, I escalated my case to a manager to promised he would take care of me....
