It's just super simple. It truly is a set-and-forget. Since we have implemented Abnormal our SPAM has gone down by 75%. It's awesome. And the retroactive search for more emails is super easy to use and very verbose.
Over the past year the amount and quality of the catches has deteriorated. In all fairness, we are a Google environment and that really doesn't seem to be their focus. Maybe MS Customers have seen better performance but for us, the items they miss are too...
This application is straightforward to configure and removes pretty much all the junk from a user's inbox. After using it for months, we have no complaints from our end-users and are receiving no reports from our end users regarding junk in their inbox!
The complexity of the wording and descriptions for events is difficult to understand. Would best be used by dedicated security IT person and not a jack of all trades IT department.
