The platform is genuinely easy to use on a daily basis. The AI threat detection is quite impressive as it works well in catching threats that other software we've used in the past have missed. The automation provided by IRONSCALES has been a huge time-saver, reducing the hours we spend each week on manually reviewing emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with much of the platform working right out of the box. Lastly, I appreciate how the IRONSCALES AI learns and evolves by gathering data across all tenants to improve its threat detection capabilities. **What do you dislike about IRONSCALES?** The only down side is they don't have a useful spam filter. Initial setup was pretty simple and additional tuning is intuitive. It finds a lot of threats the MS365 misses, even with full Defender/Advanced Threat Protection tools. Instead of having to sort through layers and layers of MS alerts and remediations, we can manage all our email issues in a very intuitive portal, including a lot that MS just misses. Ironscales Themis AI does a good job of auto-classifying suspicious emails, and it gets better as we tune it. The emails that it's unclear about are easy to process manually. The phishing campaign management is easy to work with and the integration of remedial training makes user education (almost) painless. The Ironscales team is very easy to work with and very responsive in helping with any questions that we've raised. **What do you dislike about IRONSCALES?** I wish they had an Android app for mobile admin. The IOS app is great for doing quick cleanup of incidents. **What problems is IRONSCALES solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ironscales gives us better visibility into email threats and cuts the time required to remediate them. It is by far better than any other product that I have worked with. Other known well established vendors which I can not mention can detects and quarantine approx. 25% in comparison to IronScales 99%. This product really works and it saves countless amount of hours which would other ways need to be supplemented by other expensive tools that require a lot of tuning and human resource attention, or firefighting by engaging large teams of analysts - which in the end can prove challenging and waste of resource. This product has also great automation and improved reporting. The phishing campaigns are good and provide training to users who get lured. In short, there is not much this product can not do when it comes to phishing. It has great Threat Intel mechanism behind it, and it is super easy to use. **What do you dislike about IRONSCALES?** The product has undergone lots of improvements and developments in the recent years, but the team that is behind these evolving improvements is superb. It provides you with 100% attention and whenever there is something requiring attention, it gets sorted in short lifecycle improvement.
