Is Innago truly free?
Hey all! I’m looking into property management software for multi-unit properties (think apartment complexes, condos, or mixed-use buildings). The pain points I keep seeing are keeping track of rent across multiple units, handling maintenance requests efficiently, and making sure reporting isn’t a nightmare. Most users don’t want something overly complicated, but it has to scale beyond just a handful of doors.
Now, from G2 reviews, these platforms keep coming up:
- Entrata: highly rated, looks strong for larger portfolios.
- AppFolio: another big name, solid reputation for multi-unit and community management.
- Innago: more affordable, geared toward landlords with multiple properties.
- ResMan: covers multi-family management with decent customization.
- Yardi Breeze: popular brand, though reviews suggest mixed satisfaction.
- Rent Manager: flexible platform, good reporting tools.
- DoorLoop: newer name, but getting traction, looks user-friendly.
For anyone managing multi-unit properties, what’s worked best for you? Do you lean toward heavyweights like Entrata/AppFolio, or are lighter options like Innago, TenantCloud, or DoorLoop enough for day-to-day?
Also, for those already using one of these platforms, what are the must-have features that I shouldn’t compromise on? Anything to lookout for?
