My gratitude to Jeffcloudcreditsolution@gmail.com remains the best after he got my credit report fixed permanently. The first credit repair company I contacted wasted 3months of my time without effecting positive changes to my credit profile but, just 2 weeks after I subscribed to the services of Jeffcloud via (901) 625-1357, I quickly noticed my credit score has been increased by 268 points, late payments, credit card debts all eliminated. Why Does Birdeye Refuse to Acknowledge Contract Non Renewals?

I signed a contract in Sept 2021. By April 2022, I knew I did not want to renew, so per their own contract terms, I sent an email notice in April 2022 that I did not want to renew. They refused to acknowledge the 12 ADDITIONAL WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR NON RENEWAL. Just this month, they tried charging my credit card again for this months' services, which I do not have a contract for. Hmmmm. why is this?

Hi Sarah, I completely understand your concern. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. Per our contract we provide cancellation with a written notice 90 days prior to renewal date.

Birdeye reviews are not fake. They aggregate reviews across the web from various sources such as Facebook and Google. Reviews can also be directly posted to someone's Birdeye Review profile.

No - absolutely not. The reviews match exactly with real customers from our CRM database and 100% consistent - good or bad - from required auto insurance surveys that go out to customers following auto repair completion. Often the comments that customers make on Carwise CCC One (the automotive repair CRM we use) are exactly the same ratings and comments made to the insurance company and on Birdeye which simply aggregates Carwise, Google, Facebook, Better Business Bureau, and more. Yelp is the only one that isn't captured and frankly their "hidden comments" are unreasonable. They hide the most recent positive, unsolicited ratings and stories we receive and post ones that are 2+ years old and new customers don't find as relevant - especially if they're not sure about COVID situation and whether we were open or shut down at that time. Birdeye reviews are not fake - and there are lots of ways to verify that.
