Question on: 3D Issue FlipBook
White labelling for licensed usersI reiterate, it'd be nice to allow or offer 'white labelling' for licensed users.
Hi Jerry,
We appreciate your input about white labelling.
We do offer a white labelled option with our Partner version of the software.
This allows you to completely remove any mention of 3D Issue from your publications.
Would you like a call to discuss how this can work for you?
Look forward to hearing from you.

Question on: Flipsnack
Is there a good way to set up a pdf document containing hyperlinks before uploading? Before uploading on Flipsnack our pdf documents are created through Adobe InDesign and hyperlinked through there first. I have noticed that Flipsnack only auto-reads hyperlinks that directly say ".com" on it and not words that are hyperlinked. For example "www.flipsnack.com" vs "Flipsnack" (with the second form being hyperlinked to the url). Is there a workaround to get a better read on it? Thanks!
Hi Joshua, thank you for reaching out!
Yes, when introduced properly in InDesign, all links should be detected by Flipsnack in your PDF, including the hyperlinked ones. You can find out more about it in this article:

Also, if you have any related questions, please do not hesitate to contact our live chat representatives! They would be more than happy to assist you further.
