Hi Kausha, Thanks for the question! It sounds like you are describing our candidate search feature. This can be found at the top of your account by clicking "candidates". Candidate search puts your entire applicant database into one bucket that you can then refine down using smart filters. I would recommend tagging your applicants and then sorting by a specific tag when reviewing the database. As an Admin you are able to go in and edit referrals!
