Introducing G2’s New Brand Advocacy Services Category
On April 26, 2023, G2 launched a new category called Brand Advocacy Services. This category is aimed to reflect the growing offerings among marketing service providers to help businesses develop advocacy programs and drive brand loyalty. G2 has a Brand Advocacy Software parent category housing Customer Advocacy software and Employee Advocacy Software. With the new category, G2 will cater to the software and service side of advocacy marketing.

We use Salesforce and SaaSquatch has integrated well with it. We've also used Zapier to build some custom workflows and those have worked.

Can I start with one program and add more later?For example, if my business is only ready to implement a customer referral program now, can we do that first and add loyalty programs later?
Absolutely - Many of our customers start by implementing one rewards program and add subsequent programs over time. Once you’re fully integrated with SaaSquatch, additional programs can be easily added.

Who is SaaSquatch not ideal for?Are there any types of businesses that SaaSquatch might not work for?
We find that our platform may be overboard for early eCommerce stores that just want a basic referral program or coupon codes for one-off sales. However, once you have a returning customer base that you want to engage with more and segment to provide more targeted programs and offers, we may be a better fit at that time.
