We do experience connection issues at some sites and locations, and the project teams tend to switch to MS Teams & Cisco Webex. I'd like to avoid this. I generally explain key differentiates like Merged reality, Telestratition, remote zoom and freeze features.

Cellular data service is unpredictable and can impact the quality of your video/audio. That being said, we would love to explore your specific issue to see if we can provide further guidance.
