Woodpecker is plug-and-play solution working for me for 3 years without any problems. We started sending first campaigns the first day we sign up to woodpecker. Tool implementation is one of the easiest, integration with other apps is getting better and better covering lead finder add-onn, LinkedIn automation, domain buy.
Ease of use is the best among other email sending tools from our experience.
Support is great and quick.

What I like most about Woodpecker is that the website is clear and intuitive. The customer service team is always eager to respond and help whenever needed. The option to attend workshops at Woodpecker's office is an additional positive aspect. I had the opportunity to take advantage of such an option thanks to Jakub Pogłodziński, who was willing to review the email campaigns I run and analyze what I could improve. The ability to stay in regular contact with him, as well as with other team members who are always ready to offer their assistance, makes using Woodpecker a pleasure. While Woodpecker.co offers a robust platform with features like complimentary email warm-up campaigns, email verification to prevent spam traps and bounces, branching campaigns for dynamic follow-ups, and a responsive support team, their Lead Finder tool currently provides a limited number of prospects from Switzerland, which is our primary market. This necessitates manual efforts to identify qualified contacts on LinkedIn, obtain their company email addresses, and input this data directly into specific Woodpecker campaigns.
To streamline this process, it would be beneficial if Woodpecker could enhance their Lead Finder's database to include a more extensive list of Swiss prospects. Additionally, integrating a feature that allows users to extract contact information directly from LinkedIn profiles would significantly reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency. There are several things that I like about Woodpecker.co as an email marketing platform. 1) they offer email warm-up campaigns at no additional charge, 2) they verify the email addresses that you intend to send to in order to avoid spam traps and bounced messages, 3) they allow for "branching campaigns" that will automatically stop the initial string once a user takes a desired action, and will then send them the second string, etc, 4) their support team is responsive and will stay with you even through complex issues, until resolution has been achieved. Combined with CRM synchronization - in my case, Pipedrive - everything is fully integrated. For me, it delivers results. Quick chat support. The package includes immediate email warming. The latest lead finder feature is set to be tested soon, but it's great that everything, including prospect discovery, is all in one place. I love their approahc. Their Customer support is extremely helpful, they have tons of free knowledge to use. Greait UX (at least for me looks clean and very intuitive). We are using it for more than 3 years now and nto planning to change. They are still working on updating the software and I never felt like I missed something especially. What I like most about this tool is that the team is available and open with their responses to my concerns, questions and request for guidance. No smoke and mirrors. Each representative has a good understanding of the platform and pivots accordingly with the conversation instead of sounding like a bot or message taker. Love the follow up and closeout process to make sure all my needs are met. The interface is also very user friendly and option for various integrations of an email based on an open or action from the recipient and the push to the next workfloow is optimal. This allows me to put each prospect through and every sequence also to keep our brand in front of them longer. I also like the fact that the campaigns auto pause in order to keep our domains from getting damaged instead of just blasting it through. I originally started with Saleshandy and it took them 6 months to finally tell me my SPF and DKIM were not set up properly. Prior to that, they blames my email content when it was clear from the analytics that more than 2/3's of my emails were never even reaching their destination, but instead they were condicendng and blamed me for those issues insted of working to educate me. I learned more of what went wrong over a video demo call with Woodpecker than I did in the year I had been with Saleshandy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint would be that there is a lot of behind the scene stuff I feel in order to make the interface more user friendly however eventhough I want to look at it doesn't mean I need to so I've come to appreciate deferring to your staff as experts instead of me trying to be the expert right away.
