What do you like best about Saleshandy?

Nothing positive except the pricing. Pricing is little comparative else everything is not at all customer centric. If you have to chase their customer support team everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

The customer service is very poor. Once you pay the amount. they are least bothered to work on your queries. They released 2 version, V2 & V3 and I opted for V2 and they changed it to V3 without customer concern and I requesteed many times to change it V2 but they refused to change it. most of the features are not available in V3.

Also there product has lot of bugs and email deliverability is also very poor. It was my worst experience in choosing SalesHandy. Even reporting is also very poor. Means you can not track the emails on date wise..What is the use of email tracking if you dont have proper dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Saleshandy?

I have tried Apollo, salesforce and sooo many other CRM/lead generator and email campaign software but it was almost a whole new job just to learn them !!! Then googling I found Saleshandy and wowzer - 100% honest it really user friendly !!! I was easy to setup. The features and intergration to gmail was easy - settting up the customer domain was easy too. I will be using this as my go to tool all the time now !

What do you like best about Saleshandy?

It's easy and quick to add to contacts and create your sequences.

Saleshandy constantly gives you tips how to improve your cold emails to make them work! And it's trustworthy - I don't have to worry about duplicate emails being sent which has happened with other solutions I've tried.

It's pretty easy to setup, but as always, you need a bit technical knownledge to be able to setup tracking domains etc, but these are not required.

Customer Support is quick and helpful, it really feels like they want to help you with your problem.

What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

I would love deeper analytics on which emails worked, which titles worked, which time of day is the best etc.

We have started using Saleshandy for our bulk marketing cappaigns, lead generation, lead verification and unified inbox.

It has really helped us with detailed email insights and acting accordingly for that prospect, closing deals. Verified emails decreased email bounces and maintain our domain health too with no spam emails.

Deliverability check and warm up email products helped our multiple emails in increasing its inbox deliverability of our prospect.

We loved the spintax feature of saleshandy which helps in changing our email content automatically.

The most helpful about Saleshandy is their rich set of features, and our favorites are the sequence scores and sequence automations. The automated follow-ups means we never miss a beat and our conversion rates skyrocket for every email campaign we work on.
