**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

I run all the cold outreach for my software company through Saleshandy as a solo founder. I have 10 mailboxes across 5 domains connected, and the sequences with inbox rotation let me manage everything from one place instead of juggling accounts. The built-in email verification keeps my bounce rates down before campaigns go out, and the unified inbox makes it easy to catch and reply to interested prospects quickly.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

The credit system for extras could be friendlier: email verification credits are one-time grants rather than monthly refills, so they run out and you have to buy more separately. I'd also like the Lead Finder trial to include more credits to properly evaluate it.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a one-person operation, my problem is booking conversations with cold prospects without hiring anyone. Saleshandy is most of my outbound stack: it handles sequencing, follow-ups, and mailbox rotation across all my sending domains automatically, which would otherwise be hours of manual work every day. That lets me focus my time on replying to interested prospects instead of managing sends.

**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

I started using Saleshandy to launch cold email outreach for a new AI tool I'm bringing to the construction/homebuilding industry, reaching out to homebuilders.

As someone setting this up for the first time, I found the setup process fairly straightforward and easy to follow. Getting my sending accounts and warmup connected, and moving through the sequence setup, was clearer than I expected for this kind of tool.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

The main thing I struggled with was the warmup. It wasn't clear to me how long the warming-up period would actually take before the accounts would be ready for outreach. A clearer indication of the expected warmup timeline would help.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a single place to run cold email outreach for my business, from warming up multiple sending accounts to building and sending sequences, without having to piece together separate tools.

I find Saleshandy very simple to use and very intuitive. I appreciate that it gives a full suite of tools for looking for leads, building sequences, and offers a lot of options around customization of sequences. It also allows you to verify emails. I think it's an overall all-in-one solution for a newbie. The initial setup is very quick, and their AI assistant is good.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

I would like to be able to import my own domain and not only purchase from them. Also, their response and support could be a little bit better; it usually takes five hours for them to respond with a human.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saleshandy to get in touch with prospects via email. It's very simple to use and intuitive. I love that it offers a full suite for looking for leads, building sequences, customization options, and email verification, making it an all-in-one solution for newbies.

I like the warm-up feature in Saleshandy. I also appreciate the REST APIs, which connect directly with my AI tools, making my workflow smoother. Connecting with my domains and adding SPF and DKIM records is quite easy and user-friendly. Overall, I find it very good and value for money.

I find Saleshandy to be a phenomenal tool for finding quality leads. I love the multiple lead/bulk search feature as it saves me a lot of time from finding leads one by one and helps me sort them efficiently in bulk. I also appreciate that it provides access to email contacts that can't be found elsewhere. The smooth initial setup was another plus that made the transition from Apollo.io much easier.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

The only option I am still looking for is an option to tick the verified emails so that I do not lose on credits.

I find Saleshandy is a phenomenal tool for discovering quality leads, especially through email contacts not accessible elsewhere. The multiple lead/bulk search feature saves me a lot of time by sorting leads efficiently.

I like that Saleshandy is accurate and user-friendly. The accurate contact details ensure that I get connected to the correct point of contact. The user-friendliness helps me get the details at the tips of my fingers. The initial setup was super easy and hassle-free, and I would definitely recommend Saleshandy, rating it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

Maybe the number of credits when one signs up. The user can be given to access at least 10 contact details so that he can make an informed decision before getting a subscription.

I use Saleshandy to find the right person and keep a healthy pipeline of prospects. The accurate contact details connect me to the correct POC, and its user-friendliness gives me easy access to key details.

I use Saleshandy for its outreach and lead finder features. The outreach feature makes it easy to assign campaigns and allows me to add follow-ups. I really like its warm-up process because it helps me warm up my email account, which has improved my delivery score and reduced my spam rate.

Everything went well but in lead finder for keywords filter they don’t provide exclude option that was a drawback.
