Projul gives great trainings & customer support. It has helped creating proposals/estimates, contracts & Invoices a breeze. Also, having JustiFi as our payment processing, we have seen in just a few weeks save my company thousands of dollars. I also love the GPS tracking for guys in the field. It has made billing hours to jobs so easy & checking clocking in and out times. I also currently am tracking drivetime so that can assist with additional savings in fuel cost & who should be allowed to drive company vehicles & who shouldn't. You can't view a client's complete file. As in multiple projects from before conviently and I hate how it only opens on the side. I also don't like how you can't have multiple propsals/contracts on one project especially when it has multiple phases I have to create multiple projects which confuses the guys out in the field for clocking in. We also have several issues with the app it constantly times out or takes forever to load. Which is not very convient for guys in the field. Also I don't like how you can't archive proposals/estimates so you can keep them for a later time. I also don't care for the invoice formatting but is still a million times better then what we were using & hopefully that will change over the course time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We initially chose Projul for our ability to manage two sister companies in one solution. While our businesses were completely separate, the installation projects often needed to be coordinated and managed as one. Using Projul, we are able to invoice separately but maintain one central CRM.
For background on us, We are a cabinet, countertop, tile and flooring showroom in Coastal Carolina with a small team. The sales team within our company was not tech savvy prior to using Projul having been in the industry for 20 plus years using pen and paper but understood the owner’s need of maintaining digital records and tracking revenue as a business. The great news with this platform is the users within our business immediately saw its immense value. Having successfully transitioned others into new platforms in prior roles, I knew this was the most critical step toward employee adoption and was thrilled Projul could do this for the team.
The great news about Projul is the Customer Support team is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. They are responsive, they are helpful and over the last few years we’ve also found them to always be straightforward. If they can do it, they do it. If they can’t, they simply tell you they can’t. We would highly recommend other businesses that seek to drive sales with a close watch on revenue and a high priority on employee and customer satisfaction consider this platform. For starters, there's not too much to dislike. New features are launched frequently and while there are new features we would love to see the current solution more than meets our needs. It is straightforward to use and accessible while I'm in the office or in the field with my team. The Projul solution assists me while I am meeting with customers on-site to upload their pertinent project information real time so that I don't have to do it when I get back to the office. I'm also able to email proposals and invoices to customers that are professionally presented and the customer is able to review and approve or comment immediately. Projul has been a game changer for my team and company. The integration at start up was very supportive as well as my follow up calls. I have tried other CRM and project management programs but found them overwhelming and the support was days out which puts a hold on us moving forward. I have been using the for 2 years now and as they grow, they continue to add features and their support doesn't waver. I have recommended to other General Contractors and Subs! Thank you Team Projul! Projul is intuitive, easy to navigate, and while I've only been using it briefly, it's definitely increased the quality of our estimates in appearance and the amount of time it takes to put them together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about projul is not only the seamless way they have the software structured to make it easy to navigate and learn , but also the customer support behind it. The budget part of the software isn't exactly what we were looking for. I would like to see away where the budget can lump sum and each item bought takes away from one number and also have where I can split profit out of it by percentages, but it still works great and breaks down the budget in good detail by each line item so it's very easy to keep track of each thing bought Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been looking at software for our construction business for a few years, I have done over 18 demos, ran sage 100 contractor for a few years, and went back to excel for a while. Hands down, Projul has been a great solution for us. The amount of time it saves on bidding, customer comunicaiton, task management and invoicing is amazing. It is also easy to use for both tech savy folks and those less so. Their customer serivce has been johnny on the spot as well! Zach gets back to us within a few hours. The one area of the software that has room to improve is reporting. For getting out bids, communicating to customers, scheduling staff, and invoicing, they have it down. For mid to large construction business that track metrics on productivity, backlog, WIP and other KPI's; their back end is light. Don't let that scare you, though, they are constantly making improvements, rolling out new reports and actively ask for feedback on how to make the software better and then do something about it.
