What we liked most about Contractor Foreman is how much functionality it delivers in a single, organized platform. I really like that Contractor Foreman is an all-in-one system for construction management. It has good estimating and job tracking tools, and it integrates with QuickBooks, which makes it very convenient for us. I also appreciate the ability to customize it to our company's needs, and the cost tracking and job tracking features. I really think the biggest con with Contractor Foreman is it does take some time to fully learn. There is a ton of features on there. What do you like best about Contractor Foreman?

I like how Contractor Foreman simplifies project management by allowing us to input lead information, create estimates, and track the entire project with ease. I appreciate the estimate approval feature for creating projects and the daily updates from logs and documentation that make tracking projects easier from top to bottom. The cohesion between daily logs, project files, and the client portal is something I personally like, as it makes updating clients in real time convenient. I also find it extremely easy to detail efforts for change orders or damage repair, and getting paid is hassle-free. The training courses provided are a great resource, and after setting up the cost item database and financial integration, using the system has become very easy. The user interface gets better every update, but it still needs some work. Such as the todo section for projects. There should be a section within the project that shows the todos, rather than the other way around. Sometimes there isn't cohesion between the sections like there should.
