The product is dated. It has limited capabilities and feels clunky. The interface isn't beautiful and could use some aesthtic work. Overall, I think that the product needs a total facelift and needs to have more integration into other product lines. It doesn't work as great on a mac as other products. It feels old and if they hired a team to work on making it fresh for younger audiences it would go far.
