I like the read email function.

Its easy to use and set up. It has also been easy to swap from a generic email platform .

The signature function was also very good.

The free web domain was a big perk.

The customer support team are quick to respond and they also follow up, which is nice.

The .co.site address does cause me some problems here in New zealand. Sometimes it gets filtered as spam when i send emails.

Neo are a great platform for your business email. Clean design, helpful tutorials, great price...and never pushy about payments, you just pay per month, no hassle at all. I like that. I like having my own domain and little website in one package. Many features and all up to standards. The UI is clear, without any sorts of dark paths (please keep it that way!), and easy to read, as it is finding informations and obtaining help if needed. Some features ended up overlooked in my case, such as the contacts/calendar/booking. They could be integrated better or expanded. The work you recently did on the website already made it much better but with some small improvements in further personalisation and presentation it would be a top selling point.
