Influ2 is giving our team an opportunity to advertise and drive brand awareness directly to targets within the accounts that we want to see in our pipeline, which saves us a big buck we would otherwise spend on targeting the “unknown”, which is especially helpful when you're advertising to large organizations.
From a technical standpoint, the platform is easy-to-use, and if we have any questions or requests, their team is quick to respond and execute. From a strategic side, working with Influ2 helps us unify marketing and sales activities.
Also, I’d like to point out that we really appreciate the fact that they listen to client’s feedback and work really hard on improving their product to satisfy their customer’s needs. With Influ2 we are gaining better visibility into who is clicking through and reading our ad content. This enables our sales team to prioritize outreach by reaching out to "room temp" : ) contacts. We have been using Influ2 for a few months. It is a great tool for actually targeting specific decision makers and we feel more confident in who we are reaching compared to any other ABM tool we've used! The platform is pretty user friendly, they are really quick in response time for issues, and it was a smooth integration to learn how to use the platform. The biggest thing that we've experienced is that the platform setup is not as efficient as it could be, but they do a good job of working on updates. Influ2 is a great tool for any martech stack that focuses on ABM. It has impressive capabilities that can allows avertising targeting at a very granular level. The tool is fairly easy to use, UI is very clean, and has impressive reporting capabilities. Knowing exactly who engaged with an ad is very helpful in executing an ABM strategy. It helps us be smarter about when and how we reach out to contacts within our ICP. Also, being able to show which members of a buying group have seen and engaged with our ads helps marketing show its impact on influencing open opportunities. If you're running a more established program, understand your ICP and know exactly who you need to reach, it can be frusterating to run paid social or digital display programs, because you can't guarentee you'll reach and convert your audience. Plus, you used to have to rely on a form conversion and the volume of people willing to fill out a form has been waning for years. With Influ2, you can leave all of these problems in the past. You can reach WHO you want, and see exactly who is engaging, without having to wait until they convert. It's a game changer. Plus, you can auto-reroute messaging and ads based on engagement, # impressions, deal stage - so you know you're always sending the right message at the right time. Amanzing channel for marketers. The tool itself is incredible, easy to use, and has a lot of customization. Meaning, that we can get very specific in who we are targeting and excluding. The variations of ad designs are great as the ads can show up in different places. I love that we can not only see who is clicking/viewing ads, but we can see that from an ad overall and determine which visuals/messaging are working best.
The team behind Influ2 is truly the best. They are always able to help us if we have questions and are more than willing to hop into calls to explain things 'in person' vs just using Slack. They also provide advice to ensure that we are seeing success in the campaigns that we launch, rather than just letting us 'out into the wild'. Helen, Anna, Ivan, and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable about the product. Simply put, INFLU2 does what it says it will. You can target your target ICP easily from your CRM across INFLU2.
The reporting allows us to see the revenue attribution easily integrated into our CRM.
It allows you to even target on a 1:1 basis in those cases where you simply can't get hold of that perfect target.
Our account manager is very hands of and always suggests ways we can improve what we are doing.

Having the ability to target key contacts for our ABM initiatives (1) removes the guessing game on who has clicked, seen our ads (2) tailor custom messaging depending on stages (3) saves both time and $$$.
Influ2 simplifies mapping customer journeys to deal cycle and the UI is simple and easy to understand what is working and not. The out of the box reporting is robust and helps associate with pipeline generated.
The customer service is unpararelled and is one of the selling points. Since each organization will have specific needs and goals, the team has provided the much needed support to make campaigns a success over the years.
