Amplify has its drawbacks; the biggest being that amplify users do not get access to the inspiration or content creation (Owly writer) tools. It also has trouble posting to multiple platforms on multiple accounts at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had an awesome onboarding and implementation experience with Hootsuite. Their CSMs and onboarding specialists have been super helpful in moving us from our previous platform, and helping us to optimize our social advocacy program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amplify is a powerful advocacy tool that gives our content a valuable extra boost in reach. I'm loving the weekly share goals tool added. Our previous SMMP was Khoros, which didnt have an Advocacy tool intregrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the interface could be a little nicer or refined, perhaps the weekly share goals could be developed further to compete on a variety of targets. There's not really much I can think of though, pretty good all in all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In a multilingual country, it is rare to be able to communicate in English in rather small undertakings. From this perspective, the potential of Hootsuite cannot be fully exploited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part of the Amplify platform is the ease of use for my sales team. We have a wide variety of tech fluency on our team, so the smooth onboarding, easy to navigate UX and overall simple function is what made the acceptance of this platform so natural. User-friendly app for implementing an advocacy program. Hootsuite professional teams/CSM's are helpful for guidance and implementation. Nice integration with the larger Hootsuite platform, although can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish the app had more functionalities like detailed analytics, better UI to explore and recommend more content, and additional admin settings for content creation. Some basic requirements like connecting channels and sharing can be buggy at times. Desktop version doesn't pick up the slack in terms of ease of use for content creation and scheduling.
