I dislike having to submit the survey as a Word document and provide additional formatting instructions that do not fit the template provided. As there is no way to preview it before it is published, I am also concerned about how respondents will view it. Ability to get really specific with user groups and demographics we're looking for. I've also really enjoyed the support experience we've received when crafting a new survey - we've been able to reach out to the team with questions about how best to word a question, how to format a survey for the types of responses we're looking for, etc. and have received fantastic feedback from them. The main drawback we've run into is the formatting and layout restrictions with creating a survey. There have been a few times where we were looking to format a question a specific way but were unable to due to the layout restrictions. If there is a way to increase the number of active tests at CIBC that would be great - 3 sometimes hits a cap with the number of tests being submitted by our team. It would also be great to have a filter to see tests that only you've submitted - sometimes it can be hard to find your personal test history in the long list of tests. The 4 image restriction seems a bit strict at times. This and the fact that we cant link users to a clickable prototype. I understand that a fully interactive prototype isnt what this type of tool is built for, but what about showing an image and asking a user to click on a part of the image that seems like the right next step, or being able to see a mobile screen in a mobile frame and not as a static image?
