I like best about Dialpad Meetings is its ease of use combined with high-quality audio and video. The platform’s one-click access eliminates the need for complicated setups, and its AI-driven transcription feature is a game-changer for capturing meeting notes in real time. There is nothing for Dislike in Dailpad, but dailpad recordings are not availble for some state. but it's not a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad Ai Meetings' video conferencing is its strongest suit, allowing users to do things like route calls, mute them, or set up calls with three or more participants. Plus, the sound is great. It is easy to use and easy to figure out. I had not used it and did not have any training, but I was able to jump in, set up meetings, and go. I was even able to teach others how to use it. It has the same features that zoom and goto meetings have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As just a party on the conference call, i can only comment on what i have been exposed to. I am impressed with the quality of sound and the clarity of voices. the features like being able to share reports and having every one on the call able to see. Once the portal has been set up, Ease of access is amazing dial a number and enter meeting.We use this weekly to keep our company and all its departments up to date. What I really like about is the transcription and meeting summary features. I use a couple of other solutions that attempt this and the implementation is poor due to either inaccurate transcription or lazy use or Open Ai's APIs. Dialpad's AI meeting service makes my life easier by unifying my business calls and meetings capability together. along with better transcription and meeting summary output. Need to find a better way for screen sharing as older users find it hard to understand how to share a screen.
