What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Since I first started using Apollo.io many enhancements have been added to the application. The overall system is now very powerful and improves the day-to-day efficiency of my work. The contacts database is now even easier to access and search to find a whole host of contact details. There are many features which I do not currently use, however, knowing that they are there and ready to use gives me confidence that I will stay with this product for the foreseeable future. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I would be great if there was an additional user subscription level which allowed a very basic access at a much reduced cost. At times, when I open a profile, some details take a moment to load, so I wait a bit and then continue. When I am checking a few profiles quickly, the view can feel a little crowded and I have to scroll more than needed.
