Customisable CRM software, its sort of a complete project management app, CRM< Finance, HRM, with some Essentials like wikis, files, reports.. its easy to setup, gives us freedom to enable /disable features. easily brandable. with recent updates, they allowed for Agency account level, which enables us to manage multiple brands under one account. the UI/UX is pretty easy and straightforward , nothing confusing. i am not fond of its performance in general, seems a bit slow at times, not sure why, is it the servers? the software itself? integrations are pretty decent, we use albato, (i know zapier and pabbly would-be a plus for many users too) Teams, Zoom and Xero, major integration plus. many others too. worth checking out. we have not reached out to support staff so i cannot speak to that. but we never needed it either. I am aware of AI assist within the software we just never used it, didn't find a need so far. lastly, in terms of costing, i bought this as part of Lifetime deal, not sure if they still have it running or not, but it was a great purchase great value.

Fair subjective judgment that describes it has a very good, clean interface. The price in a promotional edition was also decisive. This made me choose this product.

Update: nothing anymore. This app is not going in the right direction.
