What I liked best about Zonos is the resources they provide through thier portal. Zonos provides great reading material to help your business from international shipping guidlines, definitions and more. Our team also appreciated the amount of support our onboarding manager gave.

The support team members were very kind. They were very clear were their explanations. They were patient as I continued to fix the issue on my end. They were always ready with an answer or explanation to my issues.

I have had a few Tariff providers over the years. I have to say that since joining up with Zonos, things have been pretty smooth and easy. Zonos turnaround time is absolutely amazing.
