The platform is easy to use. The functionality of having the survey be taken offline in Kiosk mode is very helpful for those of us that work in remote locations without access to steady internet. Their customer service is great. I had a minor issue where I deleted an account owner, and needed help restoring the account and get access to billing. The chat functionality on their website worked well, and I had consistent help from one of their customer service representatives. Overall, recommend the product!
