Fantastic review and approval system!

|Ziflow
Ease of use and navigation. Compared to software that I have used in the past, ZiFlow is by far my favorite. We mostly use Adobe Acrobat-generated PDFs for our reviews. As an agency, we do not use ZiFlow to its full potential.

A must have

|Ziflow
Indispensable for collaborations among multiple stakeholders at various locations. The labeling of the comments is crucial for tracking the history of a project. New features are added regularly, such as anchoring the measurement tools across pages. There are other tools like comparing versions that keep everything in one place. You can go back and verify who and when a project was approved.
