I am coming from the creative/creator side, so I will speak from that perspective, though I have not heard many complaints from the content reviewers. Our company uses it as a proofing tool for HTML emails, which is perhaps not the most common use. It basically works with a unique url provided by the ESP (email service provider) and renders the HTML in what I suspect is an Outlook for PC version of an emulator. Those who work on HTML emails will know what I am talking about. This is a blessing in disguise because Outlook usually has rendering issues, so if you do not have an email testing platform, this might flag something wrong in your code. Back to the tool. As with any software, the issues are what I notice. That means the rest of the time it works seamlessly, in other words, as expected.
