Best routing system

|Ziflow
There are so many details covered within ziflow that help my team and I keep work moving. From reminder emails, to details of who has opened or commented on a piece, as a non-project manager it has the details I would normally ask a PM. It's so intuitive and user friendly that we even send clients ziflow routes for when we need their review.

Great Tool for Collaboration between Teams!

|Ziflow
Ziflow is a great application to provide feedback about projects across different divisions. The real-time update feature allows multiple users to simultaneously add their comments and see them as they get posted. Additionally, the system sends email notifications once feedback is posted, an approval stage has been completed, or a summary of all the comments added to the document in a certain period. This tool has helped to eliminate unnecessary back and forth between teams. It allows the user to keep a history of the previous version of the document in case further review is needed. After over two years of use, I can say the tool has helped us to be more efficient in our multi-division projects.
