A fantastic online proofing software. I especially like that I can track the review progress of my clients. When I send out proofs, I know the stage of the proof from the moment the client starts looking at the proof "In progress" to "Decision pending" to " Approved" . You can drop multiple files for review into ziflow. There is little to no learning curve, so you figure out fast how to get your files in and ready to send to clients for review. Dashboard is easy to navigate I no longer have to send my actual files with tacky watermarks direct to clients. Ziflow allows me, as a sole freelancer, to present myself and my work more professionally. No one thinks you are working alone when you send out proofs in this strategic, well-managed way. Ziflow removes the chaos of unnecessary emails and phone calls allowing everyone to be on the same page. So everyone is updated. The client is also notified when a new version of the proof is sent out for review I can also add a deadline for responses and revisions. Ziflow is easy to use. Add it to your workflow already
