We started using Ziflow after the shared folder concept we were using on livedrive became a nightmare with everybody all trying to open the same document, then comment on the same thing that other people were already commenting or asking for a fix that to a document that was currently getting done. This has improved this completely and we no longer have to pay for Livedrive which is a plus point. We then started using Ziflow for marking up documents at customer sites. It is really useful as it works on all different devices like ipads and other tablets which is useful as we don't need to go back to the office and power up a PC or laptop so this makes our workflow so much quicker. We really like the simple way you can share a document and everybody can have their say without endless problems in permissions and file restrictions that many of the cloud drives and software have problems. We also love the fact that there are a lot of useful commenting tools availble and even the free version is not restricted which is great if you just need a customer to check something and they dont have to sign up and pay for a licence. Some of customers have started using it for logging changes in construction plans and they find it really useful and intuitive
