A lean, reactive and all-encompassing solution for proofing

|Ziflow
My favourite features of ziflow is the array of tools available for precise review and changes to the text, in addition to the extremely useful central dashboard. Live notification, @tags and versioning of files are super-valuable tools when reviewing translation proof for all sorts of publications: academic, graphic layouts, plain text documents. Collaboration tools are fantastic and Ziflow's UI makes pretty easy to work in a collaborative workflow, also for first timers.

An amazing tool for sending proofs to client for feedback

The ease of use, Ziflow allows clients to easily mark up changes and feedback on the proofs, so that everyone is on the same page, it also works great to internal proof. The automatic reminders help to keep the project moving forwards without any extra work on our end

Streamlined Review Process

As a creative professional, one of the major causes of delays in approval is the feedback process. Sometimes, some feedback gets lost in the email and messenger threads. And not only that, but sometimes the comments are unclear regarding which design element it pertains to. Upon using Ziflow, our feedback process has been streamlined. You can pinpoint the design element you want to change and even identify the exact timestamp on a video where you want to make changes. It's really easy to use. The UX and UI are straightforward and can be easily understood by users. We love using Ziflow and will continue to do so, as it has helped our team's efficiency and turnaround time.
