We are a technology consulting services company, and we use Capsule as both a CRM and talent tracking tool (serving as our ATS basically). What we like most is the simplicity, (our staff has used all the big and mainstream CRMs, and they are overly complex and often times overwhelming and consufusing). The multiple sales pipelines is a simplified way of tracking customer opportunities. Also, the "enrichment" feature is great in providing customer data and insights in an automated fashion without having to invest so much time in customer research.
