It's an easy-to-use platform that works really well to record virtually. I rarely have issues with the recording process and I love that it records everyone on the call with individual audio clips, which makes editing so much easier.

Zencastr has all the features I need as a postmaster, and the interface is very user-friendly. The recordings have been of great quality and the local recording methodology has saved my arse a couple of times when the connection has been flaky and I'm interviewing guests. That makes Zencastr my favourite podcast platform is the customer service. Staff are flexible, quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They have improved their monetisation mechanisms recently, and I'm hoping to capitalise on this.
