It streamlines the communication between the manager and the volunteers perfectly. Whereas previously we would manage the volunteers via a Facebook group, tagging them to assign tasks and to get feedback on, we now do this via Zelos. It has given much more clarity to the process and sped it up. I also love the ability to group volunteers based and communicate with groups directly and the ability to give badges. The latter seems like a frivolity, but really makes the volunteers step up at times! We also considered Trello as an alternative option, but Trello has just too many features that the volunteers will never need and just get confused by, so we picked Zelos. It’s been working as expected!

Most helpful for me personally, is the ability to coordinate more than 150 people with one task, not doing same thing 20 times as before (okay I am exaggerating it a bit, it was just twelve, but still, makes the point).
We were using an Excel to make program more fun for youngsters (we created there more than 50 small tasks for them to do) and it did, no doubt. After we started using Zelos it reduces our time of creating them (now do not have to copy paste task for each team, but can just click and send it to all groups) but it increased the people who are doing it dramatically as well. Before there were active around 20-30% of the group, now around 75-90% percent.
Of course there are still many bugs at the same time customer service is fast and tailored so we get answers fast that again helps to reduce stress of having the bugs with a big team.
