Prior to Zeffy, we used the free Squarespace/PayPal integration. I had a hunch that we were leaving countless donations on the table due to the complexity of leaving a donation through PayPal. Since using Zeffy, our conversion rate of donations has skyrocketed. It's an easy platform to use and I'm excited to test out its event functionality for our upcoming fundraiser this spring. Plus customer support has always been responsive and helpful!

As a new program within our first year of operation, Zeffy has been a Game Changer and I would recommend it to anyone. The platform and creating forms has been easy to use. Donors have also been happy with their donation documents and emails. We've been grateful for the fee structure. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in the initial set up.

I love that (with the help of programmers) we were able to automate a payment process, seamlessly. I love that it is free to use and the donor can customize the zeffy donation as well as another space to add additional donations to our organization. I like the ease of use and the drop down stuff I can put on there, which makes life easier. The list of donors they keep in order and easy to download the data. I like keeping donors information and payment safe and Zeffy uses Stripe and stripe has been proven a good safe payment platform. I liked that I could embed in my website easily, but my website layout needs improvement, we are new and are not paying anyone to do this because we don't have the funds yet! Update: I don't know if I can do recurring donations, peer to peer or the other stuff because I haven't check that out yet, I put the points at 4 because there was no where for n/a or "i'm to new to even know these things exist!" lol anyways
